Dr. Domonique Rice, PhD, IMFT-S, is a nationally recognized and respected mental health leader, clinician, and system reform advocate. With over two decades of experience working at the intersection of therapy, policy, public health, child welfare, and justice systems, Dr. Rice has dedicated her career to transforming how care is delivered to those who need it most.

She has served in high-impact roles such as:

• Director at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing
   
• Deputy Administrator, State of Nevada Division of Child & Family Services
   
• Behavioral Health Services Administrator, Ohio Department of Youth Services
   
• Licensed Independent Marriage & Family Therapist Supervisor in Ohio, Arizona, and Nevada
   
• Board Member, American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) 

She is also the founder of Hope, Love, and Dream, Inc., a nonprofit serving justice-impacted families, and co-creator of multiple trauma-informed care and reentry programs nationwide.

Dr. Rice holds:

• A PhD in Advanced Studies in Human Services
   
• An M.S. in Marriage & Family Therapy
   
• A B.S. in Organizational Leadership
   
• A Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Nonprofit Management

Her mission is clear: to ensure that therapists, especially those serving marginalized and high-need populations, have access to tools that are culturally responsive, ethically grounded, and clinically effective.
